Official Synopsis: Next summer, "Man of Steel" is coming to the big screen. The film is from director Zack Snyder ("Watchmen", "300" and producers Charles Roven, Christopher Nolan, Emma Thomas and Deborah Snyder. The screenplay was written by David S. Goyer from a story by Goyer & Nolan, based upon Superman characters created by Jerry Siegel & Joe Shuster and published by DC Comics. The reboot stars Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Michael Shannon, Kevin Costner, Diane Lane, Laurence Fishburne, Christopher Meloni, and Russel Crowe.
Release Date: June 14, 2013 (US)

Quick note : the footage in the trailers is the same, but the voiceovers are different, the Yahoo Teaser contains dialogue by Kevin Costner and the MSN Teaser features narration by Russel Crowe. That is definitely an interesting, albeit pointless, marketing strategy.
