In Theaters : THE VOW (2012)

Official Synopsis : Paige and Leo are a happy newlywed couple whose lives are changed by a car accident that puts Paige in a coma. Waking up with severe memory loss, Paige has no memory of Leo, a confusing relationship with her parents, and an ex-fiance she may still have feelings for. Despite these complications, Leo endeavors to win her heart again and rebuild their marriage.

Genre: Drama, Romance

Critical Response : Negative. Functioning solely as a date-movie of sorts, "The Vow" did not earn favorable reviews from critics who accused director Sucsy of delivering a misfire that does not take its premise to the full extent of its dramatic prospects. It doesn't make any efforts to really explore the subject matter and simply disolves into a cheesy, uninvolving melodrama. Rated 32% on Rottentomatoes.com from 22 positive and 47 negative reviews (Average Score : 4.9 out of 10).
