In Theaters : ANSWERS TO NOTHING (2011)

Official Synopsis : Dane Cook leads a stellar cast, including Elizabeth Mitchell (“Lost”), Julie Benz (“Dexter”), Zach Gilford (“Friday Night Lights”), and Barbara Hershey (Black Swan), as a man struggling with his own infidelity in Answers to Nothing. Set against the backdrop of a missing girl case, the film tells interweaving stories of several Los Angelenos trying to do the right thing. Directed by Matthew Leutwyler (Dead and Breakfast), who co-wrote the script with Gillian Vigman, Answers to Nothing was produced by Amanda Marshall and Sim Sarna. Answers to Nothing will be released by Roadside Attractions this December.

Genre: Drama, Mystery

What to Expect : Smells like "Crash", but it sure as hell doesn't taste like it. Mediocre urban drama from beginning to end with no highlights to speak of. (LIMITED RELEASE).

Critical Response : Negative. Critics bashed "Answers to Nothing" not for having no answers but because it's about nothing. Reviewers threw harsh words at the cast, the script and entire concept the movie is built upon. Rated 11% on Rottentomatoes.com from 17 negative and 2 positive reviews.
