In Theaters : A VERY HAROLD & KUMAR 3D CHRISTMAS (2011)

Official Synopsis : Following years of growing apart, Harold Lee (Cho) and Kumar Patel (Penn) have replaced each other with new friends and are preparing for their respective Yuletide celebrations. But when a mysterious package mistakenly arrives at Kumar's door on Christmas Eve, his attempt to redirect it to Harold's house ends with the "high grade" contents-and Harold's father-in-law's prize Christmas tree-going up in smoke. With his in-laws out of the house for the day, Harold decides to cover his tracks, rather than come clean. Reluctantly embarking on another ill-advised journey with Kumar through New York City, their search for the perfect replacement tree takes them through party heaven-and almost blows Christmas Eve sky high.

Genre: Comedy

What to Expect : Outrageous stoner comedy. This is as R-rated as it gets and you can rest assured the filmmakers did everything in their power to create the most ridiculous, explicit and 3D low-brow experience out there. If you can stomach it, it's certainly an off-beat season delight, although it must be said it's a farcry of the original Harold & Kumar adventure.

Critical Response : Mixed to Positive. Critics met this third entry in the stoner saga with mixed, but still better than expected, reviews. Some critics even saw it as an improvement over the second movie, "Harold & Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay". Although still stupid, crude and thoroughly insensitive, it was still regarded as an entertaining ride. Rated 67% on Rottentomatoes.com from 40 positive and 20 negative reviews.
