The new cinematic version of William F. Nolan's sci-fi novel "Logan's Run" has finally found its leading man : Ryan Gosling. Set to be released in 2012, the movie will be directed by Nicolas Winding Refn ("Bronson") and written by Alex Garland ("28 Days Later", "Sunshine", "Never Let Me Go"). Apparently this is not a remake of the 1976 version starring Michael York, and since there'a an interesting mix of talents at work here, there is a good chance it will be something worth seeing.
