"The Duchess" is a British dramedy series created by and starring Katherine Ryan. The show follows a single mother (Ryan) who tries to raise her daughter in London while wondering if she should have another kid. The cast also includes Rory Keenan, Katy Byrne, Steen Raskopoulos, Doon Mackichan and Michelle de Swarte.
"The Duchess" premiered on September 11, 2020 on Netflix.

"Katherine Ryan, fresh off her Netflix special “In Trouble,” came to us with an idea based on her life as a fabulous single mom living in London. Season 1 follows Katherine as she debates if she should have a second child with her estranged and troubled baby daddy. It is meant to be a Catastrophe-like single-cam comedy set in London."
