Directed by Ben Young ("Hounds of Love"), the sci-fi thriller "Extinction" tells the story of a working class father (Michael Pena) who has a recurring dream of destruction by an unknown force. His nightmare becomes reality when a relentless alien attack begins to destroy the Earth. The film also stars Lizzy Caplan, Mike Colter, Erica Tremblay, Emma Booth, Lily Aspell and Israel Broussard.

"Extinction" was released on July 27, 2018 via Netflix. The film received mixed-to-negative reviews from critics.
