Directed by F. Javier Gutiérrez, who was once attached to direct "The Crow" remake, the film stars Matilda Anna Ingrid Lutz as the latest victim of Samara (Bonnie Morgan) and her cursed videos (with a digital twist), and finds herself with only seven days to solve the terrible mystery of the "movie within the movie". Alex Roe, Johnny Galecki, Aimee Teegarden and Vincent D'Onofrio co-star.
"Rings" opened in theaters on February 3rd to mostly unfavorable reviews and is expected to gross between $12 and $14 million in its opening weekend after scoring $800,000 from Thursday night previews.
The film is now available on DVD and Blu-ray.

Official Synopsis
"A new chapter in the beloved RING horror franchise. A young woman becomes worried about her boyfriend when he explores a dark subculture surrounding a mysterious videotape said to kill the watcher seven days after he has viewed it. She sacrifices herself to save her boyfriend and in doing so makes a horrifying discovery: there is a "movie within the movie" that no one has ever seen before..."
