Based on Dan Brown's novel of the same name, Sony's upcoming thriller "Inferno" stars Tom Hanks as adventurous professor Robert Langdon who now finds himself at the center of a conspiracy that threatens the entire world's population. Suffering from amnesia, Langdon must team up with doctor Sienna Brooks (Felicity Jones) to hunt down a trail of clues tied to Dante Alighieri's "Inferno" in order to stop a madman from wiping out humanity.
Directed by Ron Howard ("The Da Vinci Code", "Angels & Demons"), the film also stars Irrfan Khan, Omar Sy, Sidse Babett Knudsen, Ana Ularu and Ben Foster.
"Inferno" will open in theaters on October 28th.
