A new trailer and international poster for Jaume Collet-Serra's "The Shallows" have been released.
The thriller stars Blake Lively as a woman who is attacked by a great white shark while surfing and ends up stranded on a rock just 200 yards from shore. The new trailer provides a lot more footage and more background to her story, but some might say it also spoils a bit too much of the action. Still, it looks like it's essentially a one-woman show, and I'm excited to see if Collet-Serra can pull this one off.
"The Shallows" opens in theaters on June 29th.

Official Synopsis
"In the taut thriller The Shallows, Nancy (Blake Lively) is surfing alone on a secluded beach when she is attacked by a great white shark and stranded just a short distance from shore. Though she is only 200 yards from her survival, getting there proves the ultimate contest of wills. It’s Jaws for a new generation."
