SCREAM TV Series Trailers, Clip and Poster

Scream TV Series Trailers, Clip and Poster

MTV's "Scream" TV series premieres today, so here are all the trailers and promos released for the show, as well as an 8-minute clip from the pilot episode and a poster.

The series is based on Wes Craven's famous slasher franchise and, just like the first film, it starts off with the murder of a teen which drives the town of Lakewood into a frenzy and exposes the inner workings of its complex social hierarchy. Meaning there's a killer on the loose and there are a bunch of teens who are going to become victims.

The clip offers a glimpse of the pilot episode's first 8 minutes in which Bella Thorne plays the updated version of Drew Barrymore's character from Craven's film as she is stalked and killed by the mysterious maniac.

The show also stars Willa Fitzgerald, Bex Taylor-Klaus, Carlson Young, Amadeus Serafini, John Karna, Connor Weil, Tracy Middendorf and Jason Wiles.

Check out the trailers, clip and poster after the jump.

Official Synopsis
"When Nina, a gorgeous entitled teen at Lakewood High School, is murdered in an apparent crime of passion, it exposes the inner workings of the town’s complex social hierarchy. After Audrey, a young artistic loner, is “outed” via cyberbullying, she has to find a way to hold her head up high with the help of Noah, her nerdy, hyper-intelligent best friend, and a renewed relationship with Emma, her former “bestie” from elementary school. In the meantime, Emma’s mom, Maggie (the town’s medical examiner) works with the town’s sheriff, Clark, to solve the murder and determine if it’s connected to a crime spree from the town’s dark past — a murder spree committed by a previous generation’s “bullying victim” Brandon James."
