The first trailer and poster for the biopic "Pawn Sacrifice" have been released. Directed by Edward Zwick ("The Last Samurai") and written by Steven Knight ("Eastern Promises"), the film follows the true story of chess prodigy Bobby Fischer (Tobey Maguire) as he takes part in the historic 1972 World Chess Championship match against USSR's own champion Boris Spassky (Liev Schreiber). Peter Sarsgaard, Lily Rabe, Robin Weigert and Michael Stuhlbarg co-star.
"Pawn Sacrifice" opens in theaters on September 18th (limited).
