A new trailer and 9 posters have been released for the romantic drama "The Age of Adaline". Directed by Lee Toland Krieger ("Celeste & Jesse Forever"), the film stars Blake Lively ("Gossip Girl") as a woman who becomes immortal after suffering a near-fatal accident in the 1930s. The posters illustrate the concept quite well, tracking the forever-29-year-old Adaline from 1925 to 2015. I'm actually surprised that they put this much thought into this series of posters and it's probably one of the smartest marketing ideas I've seen in a long time. Maybe the movie will prove to be just as smart. The film also stars Michiel Huisman, Ellen Burstyn, Kathy Baker, Amanda Crew and Harrison Ford.
"The Age of Adaline" opens in theaters on April 24th.

Official Synopsis
"After miraculously remaining 29 years old for almost eight decades, Adaline Bowman (Blake Lively) has lived a solitary existence, never allowing herself to get close to anyone who might reveal her secret. But a chance encounter with charismatic philanthropist Ellis Jones (Michiel Huisman) reignites her passion for life and romance. When a weekend with his parents (Harrison Ford and Kathy Baker) threatens to uncover the truth, Adaline makes a decision that will change her life forever."
