- Five new images from the true story drama "Kidnapping Mr. Heineken" starring Anthony Hopkins, Sam Worthington, Jim Sturgess and Ryan Kwanten. Directed by Daniel Alfredson ("The Girl Who Played with Fire"). Available on VOD and in theaters on March 6th.
- Four new images from the "Fantastic Four" reboot (via Empire) starring Miles Teller, Michael B. Jordan, Kate Mara and Jamie Bell. Directed by Josh Trank ("Chronicle"). Opens in theaters on August 7th.
- The first two images from Alejandro González Iñárritu's "The Revenant" starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Tom Hardy and Will Poulter. Opens in theaters on December 25th (just in time for next year's Oscar race).
- The first official image of Eddie Redmayne from the drama "The Danish Girl". Inspired by a true story, the film is directed by Tom Hooper ("Les Miserables", "The King's Speech") and it also stars Amber Heard, Alicia Vikander and Matthias Schoenaerts. No release date available.
KIDNAPPING MR. HEINEKEN
Based on crime journalist Peter R. de Vries’s account of what has been called “the most notorious kidnapping of the 20th Century,” KIDNAPPING MR. HEINEKEN explores the abduction of Dutch brewery magnate Freddy Heineken (Anthony Hopkins) and his chauffeur, Ab Doderer, who were kidnapped in 1983 and held for what was the largest ransom at the time.
FANTASTIC FOUR
FANTASTIC FOUR, a contemporary re-imagining of Marvel’s original and longest-running superhero team, centers on four young outsiders who teleport to an alternate and dangerous universe, which alters their physical form in shocking ways. Their lives irrevocably upended, the team must learn to harness their daunting new abilities and work together to save Earth from a former friend turned enemy.
THE REVENANT
Deep in the uncharted American wilderness, trapper Hugh Glass is severely injured and left for dead by a traitorous member of his team, John Fitzgerald. With sheer will as his only weapon, Glass must navigate a hostile environment, a brutal winter, and warring Native American tribes in relentless quest to survive and exact vengeance on Fitzgerald. Based on a true story.
THE DANISH GIRL
Inspired by the true story of Danish artists Einar Wegener and his wife Gerda, this tender portrait of a marriage asks: What do you do when someone you love wants to change? It starts with a question, a simple favor asked of a husband by his wife on an afternoon chilled by the Baltic wind while both are painting in their studio. Her portrait model has canceled, and would he mind slipping into a pair of women's shoes and stockings for a few moments so she can finish the painting on time. "Of course," he answers. "Anything at all." With that, one of the most passionate and unusual love stories of the twentieth century begins.
