The first trailer and poster for the thriller "Stonehearst Asylum" have been released. The film is directed by Brad Anderson ("The Machinist") based on Edgar Allan Poe's short story "The System of Doctor Tarr and Professor Fether" and it was previously titled "Eliza Graves". Jim Sturgess stars as a medical school grad who takes a position at a mental institution where he soon finds himself taken with one of his colleagues, though he has no initial idea of a recent, horrifying staffing change. Kate Beckinsale, Michael Caine, Ben Kingsley, Brendan Gleeson and David Thewlis also star.
