A new red-band trailer and three images have been released for the comedy "Walk of Shame". The story of a Los Angeles TV news anchor (Elizabeth Banks) who finds herself stranded on the streets of L.A. loses some of its potential after watching this lengthy 3-minute trailer. Some gags work, but most of them just feel silly and overly familiar from several other R-rated comedies I've seen in the past few years. Even the whole premise feels ridiculous. Maybe the better approach for this trailer would have been to show less, not more. Banks looks to give it her best shot, but working out of a tight yellow dress doesn't seem to afford her much room to really do some comedy outside of the "hooker" routine that seems to flow throughout the trailer. I just hope these aren't the film's only "quality" moments. The film also stars James Marsden, Gillian Jacobs, Sarah Wright and Kevin Nealon.

Official Synopsis
"After losing an audition for her dream job, an aspiring Los Angeles TV news anchor goes out for an uncharacteristic night of partying. She awakes in a stranger’s bed to a phone message from her agent telling her the job is hers, if she can make it across town by 5 pm. Stranded in an unknown area without money, a phone, and a car, she embarks on a series of misadventures as she races to the most important job interview of her life."
