The first two trailers for the drama "Labor Day" have been released. The film is directed by Jason Reitman ("Juno", "Up in the Air") and it stars Josh Brolin as a fugitive who takes a 13-year-old boy (Gattlin Griffith) and his reclusive mother (Kate Winslet) hostage. As his story is revealed during the long Labor Day weekend, the relationship between the three becomes more complicated. The first trailer presents the plot in a more general manner and features some great use of music, but if you're looking for more plot, the second trailer (from Moviefone) is more detailed, if a bit spoilery.
The film also stars J.K. Simmons, Clark Gregg, James Van Der Beek and Tobey Maguire. "Labor Day" will get a limited release on December 25th and will expand on January 31, 2014.

Official Synopsis
"“LABOR DAY” centers on 13-year-old Henry Wheeler, who struggles to be the man of his house and care for his reclusive mother Adele while confronting all the pangs of adolescence. On a back-to-school shopping trip, Henry and his mother encounter Frank Chambers, a man both intimidating and clearly in need of help, who convinces them to take him into their home and later is revealed to be an escaped convict. The events of this long Labor Day weekend will shape them for the rest of their lives."
