JACK RYAN: SHADOW RECRUIT (2013) - International Trailer

Chris Pine Jack Ryan Movie

An action-packed new international trailer for "Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit" has been released online. The Tom Clancy franchise reboot stars Chris Pine as a younger and more modern Jack Ryan, a CIA analyst who becomes a spy after he uncoveres a Russian plot to collapse the United States economy. Although it looks like a decent thrill ride, it certainly looks like this version of Jack Ryan would feel more at home in a "Mission: Impossible" movie than a Tom Clancy movie. Directed by Kenneth Branagh ("Thor") the film also stars Keira Knightley, Kevin Costner, Kenneth Branagh, David Paymer, Gemma Chan, Colm Feore, Nonso Anozie and Peter Andersson. "Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit" opens in theaters on Christmas Day.

Watch the international trailer after the jump.
