The first full-length trailer for Ridley Scott's thriller "The Counselor" has been released. Michael Fassbender stars as a a lawyer who enters the dangerous world of drug trafficking, and author Cormac McCarthy ("The Road", "No Country for Old Men") provides his first Hollywood script for the film. The supporting cast features Brad Pitt, Penelope Cruz, Javier Bardem, Cameron Diaz, Dean Norris, Rosie Perez, John Leguizamo, Natalie Dormer and Goran Visnjic. "The Counselor" opens on October 25, 2013.

"The film tells the story of a lawyer (Fassbender), who finds himself in over his head when he gets involved in drug trafficking. Cormac McCarthy provides his first original screenplay with this Ridley Scott-directed thriller starring Michael Fassbender as a lawyer who dabbles in trafficking drugs only to realize just how dangerous a situation he's stumbled into. Brad Pitt, Javier Bardem, and Cameron Diaz head up the rest of the starring cast."
