Keri Russell ("Dark Skies") is the newest addition to the cast of "Dawn of the Planet of the Apes". The sequel also stars Gary Oldman ("The Dark Knight"), Jason Clarke ("Zero Dark Thirty") and Kodi Smit-McPhee ("Let Me In"). "Dawn of the Planet of the Apes" is directed by Matt Reeves ("Cloverfield", "Let Me In") and takes place 15 years after the events in "Rise of the Planet of the Apes". The story will focus on a group of human scientists fighting for survival in the face of the growing ape menace, while the ape leader Caesar (Andy Serkis) is struggling to maintain dominance among his kind. "Dawn of the Planet of the Apes" will be released on May 23, 2014.
