In Theaters : JACK AND JILL (2011)

Official Synopsis : Jack and Jill is a comedy focusing on Jack Sadelstein (Adam Sandler), a successful advertising executive in Los Angeles with a beautiful wife and kids, who dreads one event each year: the Thanksgiving visit of his identical twin sister Jill (also Adam Sandler). Jill's neediness and passive-aggressiveness is maddening to Jack, turning his normally tranquil life upside down. Katie Holmes plays Erin, Jack's wife.

Genre: Comedy

What to Expect : There are no words to describe this infernal thing ... unless you've seen some of Eddie Murphy's multi-character movies like "Norbit", or "The Nutty Professor". You get the picture.

Critical Response : Negative. In fact, not just negative. Totally negative. Bizzare, silly, lazy, tired and unfunny were some of the attributes cited by critics. Al Pacino is the only cast member who apparently squeezed some laughs by playing a parody of himself. Rated 2% on Rottentomatoes.com from 1 positive and 45 negative reviews.
