What to Expect : David Cronenberg loves to play with the intricacies of the human mind, particularly those parts that deal with obsession and self-destruction. Expect a delicious mind-twisting drama. LIMITED RELEASE.

Critical Response : Positive. The general consensus is that "A Dangerous Method" is a smart, well-acted psychological drama, a lot more subdued than Cronenberg's usual work, which leaves room for a lot more subtlety. Rated 81% on Rottentomatoes.com from 48 positive and 11 negative reviews.
